2. Refund Policy

• Mandatory Statement: Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

• Eligibility: Refunds are issued based on the specific criteria outlined in our Cancellation Policy below. Please note that the time taken for the refund to appear on your statement is subject to your individual bank's processing times.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can be unpredictable. To manage cancellations effectively, the following conditions apply:

• Cancellation Window: Customers can cancel their requested services within 24 hours of the booking or up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour departure.

• Refund Procedure: For all valid cancellations made within the allowed timeframe, refunds will be credited back to the payment solution used initially by the customer.

• Processing Span: Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

• Non-Refundable Cases: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time, or "no-shows" at the time of pickup, are strictly non-refundable.

4. Financial Governing Clauses (Mandatory)

• Accepted Cards: Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.

• Pricing & Currency: The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

• Compliance: We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of the UAE.
