Terms & Conditions

Welcome to OSCAR KNIGHT TOURISM L.L.C. By accessing or using our website, https://www.oscarknighttour.com/ (“Site”), and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Governing Law & Domicile

  • OSCAR KNIGHT TOURISM L.L.C maintains the https://www.oscarknighttour.com/ Website ("Site").

  • United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile and stipulates that the governing law is the local law.

  • Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.

2. Payment & Financial Terms

  • Accepted Payments: Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.

  • Pricing & Currency: The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

  • Records: The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://www.oscarknighttour.com/ policies and rules.

  • Sanctions: We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries in compliance with the laws of the UAE.

3. User Eligibility & Account Security

  • Minors: Customers using the website who are minors (under the age of 18) shall not register as User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

  • Confidentiality: The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account and password.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations by Customer: * Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the tour departure time will receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure, or "no-shows," are non-refundable.

  • Refund Process: Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and can take up to 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

  • Cancellations by Oscar Knight Tourism: We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a tour due to bad weather, technical issues, or force majeure. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

5. Health, Safety & Safari Participation

Due to the adventurous nature of desert safaris and dune bashing, the following restrictions apply:

  • Medical Conditions: We do not recommend dune bashing for pregnant women, seniors with heart conditions, or individuals with neck or back problems.

  • Assumption of Risk: Participants engage in safari activities (including camel riding, sandboarding, and quad biking) at their own risk.

  • Infants: Children under the age of 3 are not permitted on dune bashing drives for safety reasons unless a private vehicle is booked and a car seat is provided.

6. Insurance & Liability

  • Insurance: All our vehicles are fully insured, including passengers.

  • Personal Belongings: OSCAR KNIGHT TOURISM L.L.C is not responsible for the loss of personal items (cameras, phones, jewelry, etc.) during the tour.

  • Damage: Any damage caused to the equipment provided (such as Quad Bikes or Dune Buggies) due to negligence or failure to follow instructor guidelines will be the financial responsibility of the user.

7. Changes to Itinerary

We reserve the right to modify the sequence of the tour or change the venue based on weather conditions, government regulations, or other external factors beyond our control without prior notice.
